The True Blessing
There is no greater reminder in all of Scripture that Romans 4:1-8. Here the apostle Paul reminds us that our salvation is a work of God whereby we are justified not on account of works but rather by faith in Christ.
We may have something to revel in through the flesh but not before God.
Romans 4:2 (ESV) 2 For if Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about, but not before God.
